This role provides functional and technical support for global business applications (mainly SAP, modules MM, PP, QM, PM)


  • Provide ongoing IT support to the business within the designated functional area within service level agreement and utilizing ITIL methodology (dispatching: coordination of all new business requests to team during analytic’ duty day; callout duty by rotation within team – to be escalation point outside working hours for emergency issues; assigned tickets resolution based on business requirements and progress communication to stakeholders; issues trend analyses and proactive improvement activities; consulting to business about functionality)
  • Support processes continuous improvement and alignment within COE (between application functions and between supporting regions) and also between COE and GIST (global infrastructure support team) – cross-functional coordination role
  • Projects successful delivery (service take on of new software rollouts; new software capabilities activation based on business requirements and recommended template solutions; release management etc)
  • Understanding industry trends and best practice to apply to Mars business.
  • Build and manage business facing network to gather requirements from our business stakeholders
  • Management of internal and external resources to enable delivery of projects to time, cost and quality


  • 3 years of SAP R3 experience from support / development side or from business side as a key user (preferably modules MM, PP, QM, PM)
  • Big international company experience is a plus
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written)


  • Excellent communications skills and ability to work with minimal supervision (communication part as big and important as technical part in this role)
  • Functional and technical skills (SAP R3 functionality, business processes knowledge)
  • Good analytical skills (ability to find the root cause based on symptoms reported by customer)
  • Conflict management (ability to get an agreement in case different views on possible solution)
